It's time to Step Up - not just in word but in action!  The challenge has been issued at Farmington Heights for each of us to Step Up in prayer, spiritual growth, service & giving.  We believe the term Step Up is not an option for those who know Christ - it is a mandate to pray more, grow more, serve more & give more.  
 
It's Your Step is a campaign designed with you in mind.  It is an opportunity for you to step up in your giving & do your part to support the vision of our church. There are three main parts to the It's Your Step campaign:
 
The first part is a commitment to tithing. We are asking those who currently tithe to continue doing so while encouraging those who do not currently tithe to make a commitment to begin.  Malachi 3:10 states that if we bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, there will be food in God's house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.  We as a church have an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the Lord through the tithe, at least 10% of our increase, which belongs to the Lord according to His Word.
 
The second part of It's Your Step is through an initial offering toward the construction of our new Surge Youth Center.  The initial offering will be taken on Sunday, March 28, as we launch the campaign.
 
The third and final part of It's Your Step is a monthly commitment over the next twelve months. We are asking everyone in the Farmington Heights family to invest in the future of our youth and our church through giving to this project.  This Youth Center will be a much needed addition to our facilities.

When we all Step Up, exciting things can happen.  We are so excited about this Youth Center, about people beginning to tithe and get in God's will concerning their own personal finances, and about the blessings that will come as we are obedient to God's call.  So, what are you waiting for?
